| Tachometers Home Page> Products> Tachometers Phares Electronics, LLC offers 3 models of tachometers; open type panel mount, enclosed type panel mount and stand-alone NEMA 4 enclosure. All models are microprocessor based, which detect pulses (12 VDC sinking signal) used to calculate revolutions per minute (RPM), feet per hour (FPH), etc. Each tachometer includes a 4 digit LED display, SPDT dry relay contact outputs and one 4-20 mA signal output. The LED readouts, relay outputs and 4-20 ma signal are factory programmed to customer specifications. Signal input can be provided by 3-wire, 12 VDC sensors (magnetic, inductive, encoder, etc.) which generate a sinking pulse. A variety of input voltages are available such as 12 VAC/VDC, 24 VDC, 120 VAC, and 240 VAC. Phares Electronics, LLC offers a magnetic sensor and disks that will work with these tachometers. |
PE-5 Enclosed Tachometer |
| The PE-5 Tachometer is an enclosed unit designed to mount on a control panel door. Typically used on the doors of large enclosures. It is easier to mount on a control panel door than the PE-4. |
PE-3 Tachometer Panel |
| The PE-3 Tachometer is a stand-alone unit mounted in a NEMA 4 enclosure. Typically used for mounting on a machine. |
PE-4 Open Tachometer |
| The PE-4 Tachometer is an open circuit board with a Lexan cover designed for mounting on a control panel door. A cutout is required on the door for the display to be viewed. A bezel is included with the board. Typically used to retrofit obsolete PE-102 tachometer circuit board or where panel depth is limited. |
